The new Mercedes-AMG W213 E63 S takes on the W205 C63 S from a stop and roll

This is an interesting race to see as both cars share M177 4.0 liter twin turbo V8's. The W213 E63 S though has the motor in a much higher state of tune offering roughly another 100 horsepower on its C63 S little brother.

More torque of course as well which it needs to move its much heavier all wheel drive chassis.

This comparison comes from Carwow which is not exactly what one would call scientific in their approach. Before you even watch the video you already know the E63 S is going to dominate from a stop.

The C63 spins its tires and the E63 dominates, no surprise.

The roll race is a better showing of the true difference but the E63 dominates from a roll as well. Again, they leave the cars in drive instead of being in the correct gear to go. Idiotic.

We learn the E63 is quicker and faster. Exactly as it is supposed to be.
