Dumb question... how are people modifying these tables if they the table axes have no labels or units? I loaded this XDF and then loaded the Alpina BIN from the other thread. There's also multiple tables with the same name i.e. "Timespan Ongoing Clutch Transition HS 1->2".

I don't know what the truth is but someone has a theory that this xhp stuff is essentially just an android alpina flash.

I've been keeping up to date on XHP, and it seems like the general consensus is that manual mode is similar to Alpina, and drive is similar to stock, which is what many of us hoped for. That plus higher Rev limits, no auto upshift, etc and it's definitely not just the Alpina. Plus we now have a easy to use app for the TCU like MHD, and the beginning of what could be some promising XDF development for the TCU.

You need to view by Parameter Category in TunerPro. It'll make a whole lot more sense after that!

I'm just saying what someone told me. They believe it is a modified Alpina flash for mobile use.

You know more about it than I do. I do not see why I should not share what people using the software tell me though and I have no desire to mock them for their conclusions.

You are more than free to agree or disagree.

Who is trying to duplicate their work? I'm not working on anything just hosting the files that are already posted for people.

Why do you have an issue with everything when it comes to files? It's weird. Almost like you don't want anyone but you doing anything.

You are. You posted numerous times about trying to start up your own TCU flasher.

Pretty sure @bradsm87 posted a thread about custom TCU flashing.

Remind me, how is hosting their own XDF they posted on their own duplicating their work?

Saying no reason we can't do things on our own? Opening up TCU flashing for people is bad? Posted in a thread I didn't create about custom TCU flashing? Is custom TCU flashing bad?

This requires duplicating their work why?

    Is MHD duplicating BimmerBoost's work?

You going to -172 rep me every time I post something you don't agree with? Grow up.

Custom TCU flashing is here. Give them time to get it sorted, they spent a ton of time on it. The XDF is there, it'll grow.

Grow up? You mean like not begging for donations and paying your own bills?

Unproven paid flashing is here you mean. Essentially holding people hostage for money. If others want to develop their own programs I'm not going to stop them. I fully encourage people to develop whatever they want to develop.

You are the same guy against the free BimmerBoost app because... $$$.

How about people do whatever they want with their own cars? How about people host whatever files they want to? Ok?

Putting a message in my sig is begging? Lol. You must think the money is rolling in. Last XDF donation was 9/29/2016. Many big XDF updates were released and never did I ask or expect anything.

Also, I am under Motiv, why would I pay separately? Do Chris and Tony pay separate VTT bills? Do Steve and Dave pay separate Fuel-It bills? Do Payam and Terry pay separate BMS bills?

Yes, across multiple forums even after getting kickbacks from MHD. I think that's double dipping, don't you?

Fantastic man. I think that's great.

Ok so you're under Motiv yet I notice Tony, Payam, Terry, Steve, Dave, etc. not asking for donations in their sig. They are representing professional businesses, are they not?

Does Motiv need to give you a raise? Are you only with Motiv when it's necessary to circumvent vendor rules?

Look, I don't mind any of it but the point is you are literally dumping over a thread that is about hosting an XDF. Seriously, you're creating a problem over hosting an XDF that is already posted.

If you have any other questions feel free to PM me but I'd like for people to discuss the XDF and the TCU flashing while having the files available. You know, positive stuff that is good for the community.

If this is an issue you need to reevaluate your motives.

I think you're confused on why I earn money through MHD and Motiv. Neither of which is XDF development, which I do in my free time. It's really not hard to understand.

That is fine. Do whatever you want to do. I'm sure all of your work is appreciated by all parties.

Now remind me why when I host those same XDF files that take so much work as you state it is bad? Remind me why you are being so negative? Remind me why you attack the BimmerBoost app? Remind me why you attack file hosting for the community?
