2018 Durango SRT to come with 475 hp
I really like these newer durangos. IMHO they are the best looking suv in their class. Very excited to see the durango start to get some real performance trims. Let's hope this leads to a Hellcat and/or Demon motor package.

Dodge creates the 475 horsepower 2018 Durango SRT with 6.4 liter Hemi V8
Remember those spyphotos from last month everyone was hoping meant a Durango Hellcat was on the way? Well, it turns out they were of a Durango SRT. Which is absolutely fine as a 475 horsepower 6.4 liter naturally aspirated SUV with third-row seating is awesome in of itself.
Not to mention the Durango SRT should be a decent value although we are still waiting for pricing. It does look gorgeous inside and out.
Plus it offers serious utility. How about an ability to tow 8600 pounds? That is what 470 lb-ft of torque will do for you.
For those wishing this was a Hellcat V8, look at the burnout video below. It has plenty of power and for those who desire more the Dodge aftermarket can easily provide.

Looks nice for sure. I would still never buy a FCA product. Just garbage quality control.

It's about time. I would rather buy this Durango SRT8 instead of the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 or GC Hellcat.
Maybe this is the Jeep GC SRT8 replacement. Maybe cheaper.
Just add a Whipple supercharger and really enjoy.MILVS- +1mm Increase Intake Valve Lift for N52, N55, S55, N20 Engines
