We are extremely excited to present our 535i/ 535xi 3" Hi-Flo™ catless (also available in catted and resonated) downpipes! The ONLY 3" downpipes currently on the market! In addition to an intoxicating and exotic sound, these downpipes add significant power and virtually eliminate turbo lag, making the fabled N54 engine even more responsive!

• E60 535i Sedan
• E60 535xi Sedan
• E61N 535xi Touring

Our Hi-Flo™ 3" Catless Downpipes Feature:

• The ONLY 3" catless downpipes currently on the market! 3" tubing until cat-back flange.
• 100% hand crafted in the USA from premium 304 stainless steel - flanges and O2 bungs included!
• Water-jet cut 304 Stainless cat-back flanges, and CNC'd 304 Stainless V-Band flanges.
• 100% TIG welded, argon back-purged.
• Set of our exclusive bomb-proof exhaust gaskets included.
• Grade 10.9 Metric Hardware(145,000PSI tensile strength, C32-C39 Rockwell, Zinc Plated), and Nord-Lock positive locking re-usable washers included.
• Factory location O2 bungs
• Available with a 2000°F ceramic coating. Coatings come with a 3 year warranty against corrosion and rust to original owner.
• Lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects given to original owner.
• We do NOT grind/polish our welds as some other manufacturers do. Grinding welds compromises the strength of the weld, and can lead to weld failure! Especially critical in applications exposed to temperatures in excess of 1200°F. Such temperatures will also rapidly deteriorate the polished finish.

These have been slightly updated! We try to keep on top of making sure our products are both functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Just installed these last weekend with the new design. What changes have u made compared to the last design, we had a bit of trouble that was solved via some grinding on the main plate going to the rear turbo. Seems as though a small change on the placement on the two plates just slightly could benefit.

Unfortunately I did not take any pictures at all, other wise I would send them over as i am sure this would speed up the install for other users. I will send you a email anyway and maybe you can send me some pictures of the two plates and i will show u what was done.

also it kinda sucks that this isnt happening anymore, i have no idea on how i have to modify VRSFs to make them fit and Dr Euro is unreachable so 535xi guys are pretty much screwed on finding a downpipe solution...sooo any help on that would be appreciated. i wanna make this big bitch fast already

It's nothing too crazy.

One day they said they couldn't afford to advertise any longer and I was told the company was being sold.

It all happened very quickly.

Where the original people are now I have no clue.

well that sucks. They charged a lot for their stuff compared to everybody else tho so it's understandable. You get what you pay for but everyone likes to go the cheap route with these things
