Alpina XDF and B3S Biturbo bin

Alpina XDF and B3S Biturbo bin

    Hi guys.

We need more of the tables in the Alpina XDF file that I\'ve uploaded.
The file is an IF60S ROM and for COBB users (me) there is no support - yet!

So whoever can help find the rest of the tables are really appreciated. We will take all the values and implement them into an IJE0S ROM and make it an Alpina specific IJE0S ROM - Could be useful for 335s aswell (not sure though).

I'm zero help on the tables, sorry. But if I read this right, would this mean there could be a IJE0S compatible ROM that would implement Alpina's B3S code? Sort of like a kicked up Performance Package tune? We're there hardware changes to the B3S's engine?

    Very cool.

I can handle this. Who's all interested? Worth my time?

System won't let me download the files though. I click the link, then get Appove | Deny | Delete next to each individual file. I hit "Approve" and get permission denied? @Sticky.

Can't you just flash it with ije0s and tune it yourself? Who cares about Alpina's DME table values.

Hopefully it's just the byte like with PPK. That would be sweet, but yeah we would need to modify the timing table or run E85 with it before using it. (Has more timing because of lower compression)

I've been down this path before. There appears to be more to the Alpina bin than just table changes. There must be code logic changes too because some of the table values in the Alpina bin cause odd behaviors when mapped to an IJE0S bin.

I do have a more complete version of the Alpina XDF than the one I did previously that Sticky uploaded.

I haven't worked on it in a long time, so it doesn't have any of the things recently added to the other XDF files, but it will give you a more complete XDF to start from. Note that not all of the units have been standardized to match the other XDFs on GitHub so be careful if you are copying values using this XDF to other bin files.

    Hi guys,

You CAN flash this to an MSD81 ECU, but it will be in limp mode. Engine is not the same, N54B30 (BMW) N54K30 (low CR Alpina). It tried the other way around, didn't work either.

The only great thing from this is the pedal/throttle tables for those who run the Alpina trans flash. I still work on N54, but not as I did, I'm in the S63tu and S55 department now. Feel free to PM me or anything about this.

Do you have any S63TU or S55 files to share?

I want to get a nice database going for all motors.

Loads, but people are not able to edit these just like that. Also, it requires bootmode to get access to this Click here to enlarge

That doesn't bother me and it doesn't mean we can't host them until they can be edited. It might even speed that process up.

Sticky, I was about to upload the M5 F10 readouts. Can you make a download folder for S63tü?
    Thanks!

    I did, try it out.

I'm still fixing bugs so sorry if it doesn't work quite right yet. Give it a shot.

I use the Alpina trans flash but still not happy with the shift-point.
Could those values be applied to IJE0S?

    thanks

Thanks for you offer. I use COBB and would like to learn to do it by myself. So if you don't mind, maybe you could post a screenshot that shows the tables and values?
