C7 Z06 Pricing Released - Starts at $79K
The value that American car manufacturers are bringing to the table right is amazing. You've got the 2015 Mustang with fantastic power to weight for $30K-ish. You've got the C7 Stingray for $50Kish. The Hellcat for $60Kish. And now the C7 Z06 for $79K - $20K+ less than the C6 ZR1 for likely better performance. Wow. All amazing values IMHO.

I also love all the options they are offering as the LLN article discusses. You can get a hardtop, a convertible, manual or auto, etc. Same with the Hellcat - you can get the 2dr Challenger or a 4dr Charger. With the Mustang you can get a killer Ecoboost and lighter weight or the honkin' 5.0L. I'm not normally an American car guy, but I'm coming around.
Bravo.

That's awesome! Very good news, good to know amazing cars are still not out of reach of many "middle-class" americans.

Unreal. Everyone thought the GTR was a bargain.
There are M4's that are specced out more than that. Honestly this pricing changes the game.

Honestly is this real life? This much car for such little money. How can they justify that price, with the amount of R&D they put into it. Fantastic!
Track f*cking MONSTER!

I dont know why people get so upset with dealers marking up the price. I dont blame them. If i a had a hot new product with limited availablity and huge demand id ask a premium for it to. If you want a better deal wait a year.
