mixing methanol with pump gas?
is it possible to mix methanol (M1) with pump gas 93 and use map7 ?

I'm no chemical engineer, but I don't think this is recommended. Spraying up the charge pipe at a minimum, has great cooling benefits.

I'm not a chemist either, but pretty sure this spells bad news...Just get a kit and spray it in the chargepipe

Methanol is many times more corrosive than ethanol. The fuel system was designed to handle ethanol, but not methanol (tubing, tank, seals, etc.). I would think putting methanol in the gas tank is not a good idea.

I'm still waiting for someone to try a Methanol/Nitromethane mix in their water injection kit
@uniter would be a great candidate, with his badass direct port setup.

Mixing methanol in your tank will be great for octane but bad over time due to very corrosive properties of meth as opposed to ethanol
