6AT Transmission Whine
Wanting to know who else has an audible transmission whine on deccel and moderate acceleration at low RPM (Alpina D) when wind noise is low. Maintaining a constant speed the sound isn't heard. Car has been doing this for awhile now and I originally thought it was my differential, however when the car is in N the sound goes away. No slippage, temperatures are all in check, and no other adverse effects. Maybe it's a normal characteristic of the trans?
Thanks.

I have an original E82 AT sattelite lying around in the attic somewhere if you're interrested.
22k miles on it.
Since I have my Quaiffe I have absolutely no use for it.There are two theories to arguing with women. Neither one works
