This looked like just a minor crash, nothing big. Just goes to show how dangerous motorsport really is:

Really hate seeing this. So sad, especially considering he just had a child. RIP.
As for the accident, you can clearly see him drop the left side onto the paint and get loose then overcorrect and it looks like the lifted which snapped the back end around and into the armco with the right side of the car. I agree it didn't look like much but they showed the tree behind the armco that he also hit. I've seen worse crashes for sure....McNish last year was unreal he walked away for that. I'm betting there was something faulty or not properly secured with his safety equip. Either way, a tough loss and a reminder how good these guys really are because they are all right on the verge of something like that happening every time they strap in.
