I've had experience with Wheels of America in NY and yeah they seem to repair the rim. It does depend where the rim is damaged, if it's curb rash then no problem, if the rim is bent then you might be told it can't be done. One complaint I had about them is that they used this machine that would shave the center of the wheel hub. Making my center cap never fit anymore.

If I just get curb damage repaired, will they be putting it on the machine that shaves the center of the wheel hub?
Also, I wonder if people have had experience with http://www.awrswheelrepair.com/philly/

Someone drove into my wheel on my '06 Acura TL just 3 weeks after I bought the car
My body shop shipped the wheel out to some wheel repair place and I swear, it came out perfect.
The paint was right on
The cost was $140
Sorry, I dont know who did it but I was surprised it showed no signs of repair
The spokes were all dented and chewed from the center to the outer edge

if they are bent try and send them back to manufacturer for repairs . when some shops heat up the rims to bang out bends the wheels become weaker and just bend again .

To tell you the truth I'm not sure. I think the machine they used was the one that mounted the tire back on the rim itself and it messed the hub up so the center cap didn't go on it anymore. Probably best to ask them, they might have completely different equipment than the people in NY. And it's been a while since I've used them, were talking more than 7 years now.
