Fitting supercharger on ML55 AMG - help please

I want to fit a S55 supercharger to my ML55 AMG .
What I need to know is the S55 had a compression of 9.0 amd my ML has 10.5
can the supercharger be put on with that sort of compression
do I need the ECU of the S 55 to tune it or can my ECU be tune to suit
do I need any extra parts or pieces or harness to run the supercharger

Yes, you can still supercharge with 10.5:1.

Your ecu will be tuned.

The SC kit you buy will have everything you need. I strongly suggest Renntech.

if you are going to be installing the supercharger from a s55 then yes you will need other parts than just the supercharger. the biggest thing i think you should grab would be the intercooling system since it uses air to water. im assuming the air intake comes with the supercharger, if not grab that too, or get one custom made. im not sure how the rest of the accessories are arranged so you may need the belt. not sure if those are run from the serpentine belt or if there will be a different crank pully with a single belt for the supercharger. good luck.
