GIAC tuned 2013 B8 S4 S-Tronic sets the new quickest 3.0 TFSI 1/4 mile record with an 11.589 @ 118.77 pass

Congratulations to GIAC whose tuning made possible what is now the quickest 3.0 TFSI supercharged V6 in the world. This B8 S4 equipped with the S-Tronic dual clutch transmission went 11.589 @ 118.77 in the 1/4 mile thanks to a very nice launch courtesy of the 1.682 60 foot time.

This is now officially the quickest B8 S4 and 3.0 TFSI supercharged V6 in the 1/4 mile. The fastest record also belongs to GIAC with a 119.77 trap speed. That is also a dual clutch transmission equipped car.

It appears we are about reaching the limit of the stock blower and to see B8 S4's dip into the 10's either nitrous or a blower upgrade will be necessary.
